About Me

I hail from the west coast but my roots are in MesoAmerica, the origin of maize and the people of the sun.
In school I majored in Conservation Biology, with minors in Landscape Restoration and Native American Studies.
My two greatest passions in life are art and nature.
Oftentimes I use nature as an inspiration for my art.
I have also been greatly influenced by Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, and Georgia O'Keefe.
Currently I am a substitute teacher in the Central Valley, but I am still very active in my artist life.
